West Lafayette City Council voted against their own constituents on 5/5/25, allowing land owned by Purdue Research Foundation to be rezoned from residential to heavy industrial use. SK hynix, a South Korean semiconductor manufacturer, is now trying to build a massive microchip factory in the middle of densely populated neighborhoods. This is unacceptable.

There is time for public comment at the end of each city council meeting. Each person gets three minutes to speak. Add your name to the speaker sign-up list at the podium before the meeting begins. If you'd rather not speak, your presence in the room still sends a message. Show up!
